Stud Information Form

This is a non refundable service fee of $300.00. Remainder ($900) to be paid when puppies are 2 weeks old, with a guarantee of 2 live puppies at birth. There is no repeat breeding owed by stud dog owners when using the service fee agreement.

Extender used for Fresh Chilled breedings is Minitube’s AndroPRO ChillGuard LT (Chill 10)1. Only 2 shipments will be sent so be sure your timing is accurate.2. Bitch owner must either provide shipping boxes to Els Crisafulli or may purchase shipping boxes from Els Crisafulli at $40.00 per box.3. Bitch owner must pay for extender at $25.00 per vial.4. Shipping must be paid in advance either by using paypal or a Fed Ex number.5. Bitch must be ovulation timed with Progesterone tests6. Stud dog owners are not responsible for loss of semen during shipping or late arrival or for any part of the shipping charge.
